Capers festival                                                                    Salina, JuneEvery year on the first Sunday in June is the traditional feast or festival of the caper "The Caper in bloom" in the small square of S. Onofrio at Pollara, a small village on the island of Salina. To the many volunteers at the local cook dishes of capers to offer the many visitors who every year take part in the festival, is a special opportunity to taste the delicious capers of Salina, but also to savor the special atmosphere of this paradise.
