The jams are made from fresh top quality fruit. The fruit is harvested at the same place as the jam production (in the Protected Area of the Natural Park of the Calabrian Serre) and is boiled down in a vacuum at low temperature, without having contact with possible pollution sources.
In this way it’s possible to preserve the nutritional values, the aroma, the taste and the colour of the fruit, without any chemical additives or artificial colourings.
The following pasteurization of the bottled product admits an optimum conservation without the addition of preservatives.
The result is an absolutely genuine product, particularly recommended for children and elderly people, but also for all kitchen preparations: from breakfast and little snacks to the preparation of sweets and tarts. (220 ml)
