This delightful Pecorino Gran Riserva is a Calabrian delight, produced only with sheep's milk coming from Fattoria della Piana Co-op members. This cheese is rubbed in olive oil and aged for a maximum of 12 months in a humidity-controlled environment. Excellent with your antipasti and salads.Made exclusively with milk from Calabria, it does not contain preservatives.
