The business was born because of the innate passion of the two to promote the most interesting image and the most interesting aspects of their region.
In this case, through the commercial distribution of typical products and therefore the exaltation of gastronomic traditions of Calabria – and particularly of the province Vibo Valentia - which are famous and appreciated.

To highlight the quality level and the security of the products, the products are “highly selected in quality and taste and are controlled in detail on the spot”. The homemade products come from businesses of consolidated reliability that operate on the small and uncontaminated municipal territory of the province Vibo Valentia and that all have a certification of quality and that are all members of the Assindustria.
TIES AND CONNECTION WITH THE TERRITORY
We can guarantee the freshness of all our products, because they’re acquired every second or third day. In consequence we don’t even have a big depository, but only a small stock that we don’t even keep for one entire week. The fact, that our provincial territory hardly consists of 50 communes and that the farest village can be reached by car in half an hour from Vibo Valentia, allows this.
All our products are obtained through traditional methods and represent particular quality and typicalness, due to the close ties with the geologic, agronomic and climatic characteristics of the inimitable territory of the province Vibo Valentia.
A CONVINCING BUSINESS STRATEGY
Our products aren’t conventional, but they’re exclusively niche products or organic food, and in consequence hard to find even in delicatessen shops.
All the various kinds of cold meats and salami, for instance, are obtained by local swines and consequently the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), the norm that protects the consumer more than any other norm, is guaranteed.
Furthermore we have decided to collaborate with only a few businesses that produce the food, so we are able to guarantee the control, the quality, the genuineness and the freshness of the food. In consequence we only deal with very few, but excellent products, of course with those that are among the most traditional ones of our territory.
For this reason our products are meant for selected and attentive customers, able to appreciate their high quality.
WHERE WE ARE
In the centre of Calabria, in Vibo Valentia, one of the most ancient and interesting towns of the region, known for the naval industry, the little craftsman entrepreneurs, the production and transformation of local agricultural products.
